We had such a great experience with Home Integrity! They got out to the property within the week, dealt with the agency to organise the timing and sent through a very thorough report. Their pricing was also super competitive too. Really happy and would use again! ☺️

I engaged Home Integrity to complete all inspections for my new build over the last 12 months. They have done an excellent, thorough job. They have always provided clear and easy to interpret reports with a follow up phone-call once inspection is completed. The only negative experience I had was I called up to book in my roof stage inspection and it wasn’t followed up to be booked in by the scheduler, meaning the inspection was missed for over two weeks. However, once their mistake was realised they sent someone out the following day. I have recommended to other friends who are building 😊

We have recently had pre purchase pest and building inspection done. They were fantastic and accommodated to our tight time schedule as we currently live overseas. We had David as our inspector and he was very thorough. After we received the report he was happy to go through all our questions with us.

We found out we needed (should have, for our benefit) inspections done at the main construction stages last week on the Wednesday and the progress payment needed to be made by the bank within 10 days. So, I did some googling on Thursday and found a few places but like Home Integrity the best and I was not at all disappointed so enquired via the web on the Thursday night and called early Friday morning (due to the timeframe the payment had to be made in), they had already reviewed by web enquiry and were about to call me. The lady I spoke to, Nikki, was soooo lovely and was able to confirm that the inspection could be done on the Monday for us. I was beyond impressed at the kindness and how simple it was, with great pricing (we did the single storey package). The building inspector, David, was lovely and called me after doing the inspection this morning to provide his update (he sent through the report a few minutes earlier as well but I had not yet been able to read it) and thankfully he said the building so far has been done really well which provided a lot of reassurance. All in all, I am so pleased that we went with Home Integrity, would 100/10 recommend!!

I used Home Integrity for a pre-purchase building and pest inspection and was extremely impressed.
