ABBC Building Inspectors

I recently engaged ABBC Building Inspectors, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service, professionalism, and clarity they provided. From speaking with Jenny on the phone, who guided me through how everything would work, through to meeting Andrew onsite at handover, even at short notice. Andrew was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me with preparing the report for my renovation project. All communication was prompt and supportive throughout, and I felt genuinely heard and guided at every step. In a situation where trust and accuracy are everything, ABBC delivered exactly what I needed: a reliable, independent assessment I could confidently rely on. The report was extremely detailed, easy to follow, and backed by clear evidence and explanations. I can't recommend ABBC Building Inspectors enough to anyone needing a thorough, fair, and professional assessment. I would never go anywhere else!

Mike from ABBC conducted a pre-purchase building inspection for me and he was meticulous. He was extremely thorough and picked up everything from some major structural issues in the roof, to more minor details that should be addressed prior to settlement. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly, and was only too happy to help when I called him back with some follow up questions about the report. The report was issued on the same day and everything was clearly detailed and easy to follow. Mike is definitely the person you want inspecting a property before you buy it.

ABBC Building Inspector Andrew provided a phenomenal inspection. His service was tailored to our needs, competitively priced, and always on time. You can really tell he cares about his profession. Thank you, Andrew and the Admin team!

Today was the second time I used this company and it confirmed how highly I recommend ABBC for inspecting your builds. Last year, my builders went into liquidation, which was a significant challenge. Andrew inspected my build at plate height before handing it over to new builders and found major defects and shortcuts that could have resulted in a collapsed roof. I was so grateful for how clear and concise his report was, highlighting the most important areas. Today, Mike from the same company inspected our home at PCI. If there’s anyone who embodies thoroughness and attention to detail, it’s him. He took over 100 pictures and explained everything to us. The knowledge this man has in the industry is impeccable. I would recommend using this company for every stage of your build, as well as for other services.

ABBC was outstanding in inspecting our new home during its construction. Their expertise and keen eye for detail ensured that each phase of the building process met all safety and quality standards. Mike was thorough, professional, and the admin team were available to explain any findings and offer practical advice. Thanks to his diligent inspections, we have peace of mind knowing our home is built to last. Highly recommend!
