If I could give Ian 1000 stars I would! He was a life saver! I found out I needed a s137b owner builder report 36 hours before an auction. Ian managed to squeeze my house inspection in between his jobs! He understood the urgency and help do the inspection and provide a report within 8 hours!! Ian also was about to recommend a company that could assist in issuing the insurance on-time as well!
