    A good fun experience to me for the first time going through the inspection process under Eddie's guidance, although Spa safety is definitely a serious topic. Eddie communicated well with me for site specific information before on-time visit. He was mostly pleasant during assessment and highlight areas might require attention without my anxiety. Assessment report provided was professional and easy to understand. Very good Eddie.
