This is the 2nd time I have used Justin. He is prompt and very knowledgeable. He was able to assist us with a couple of installation issues we had, even provided supporting contractors to assist with rectifying the defect. Will definitely use again.

Highly recommend Justin to do the work. He was very prompt with communication and a very pleasant person. He is helpful in fixing any issues that can be fixed on the spot, which saves us costs for follow up inspections. We had left our Pool Barrier Compliance assessment later than intended, and Justin was fantastic at not only scheduling a site visit promptly, but also at giving us a clear overview of what needed doing. His opinions about what was simple to remediate and what was more complex turned out to be quite accurate, and it was impressive that he was able to tell that a catch was 2 cm too low by just looking at it (confirmed with a tape measure of course!). He was also able to assist in lining up a second visit to confirm the works were compliant, despite having only just flown back into the country. A straight-shooting professional who made it easy to work with him, and who was focussed on getting things done correctly to achieve compliance - thanks very much Justin.
