I have contacted Dirk at short notice and he was able to inspect the house on Saturday after only being asked the day before. He delivered the report on Sunday and it was incredibly thorough and detailed. Dirk even inspected areas that were outside the original scope, which was very much appreciated. Excellent service, very professional. Highly recommended.

Dirk was very quick with building inspection. He saved me thousands of dollars by doing proper inspection and going to the roof. Anyone thinking that they don’t need inspection because the house is brand new. I would say think again and look at the photos attached of brand new house. All the wooden slabs not suppose to be there as per design. Thanks Dirk 👍
