  Ben and Venus did a great job on our pool barrier inspection process. Ben's inspection was thorough and informative. He was careful to explain why certain areas were noncompliant and offered suggestions as to the best way to correct the problems. Ben was very pleasant to deal with throughout the process and his report was prompt and very explanatory. Venus was very on top of things from the admin side of things keeping me well informed of appointment times and getting the certificate emailed promptly. On both inspections, Ben arrived on the dot with no waiting around. I can highly recommend Ben and Venus with confidence.

  Fantastic service from Ben and the team! I required an owner builder defect report and pool barrier inspection for certification and insurance and Ben was on site for over an hour and discussed everything with me in great detail. His staff were very prompt with any queries that they had and always replied to my emails quickly too. I also work in construction and it was very apparent straight away talking to Ben on site that I had chosen wisely when getting him to do the inspections. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Ben and his team!

  We used Devlin Pool and Barriers to get our spa compliance certificate. We could not fault their fabulous customer service. Venus and Ben could not have been more obliging to help us get our Spa at the required standard for our safety compliance certificate. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.   I had the absolute pleasure of using DEVLIN Pool and Spa Barrier Inspection and would not hesitate in recommending there service.. I found that Venus was extremely helpful, very polite and knowledgeable to any queries that I had (and there were many) prior to my inspection and as a result my certificate of compliance was issued. I also found Ben to be a very professional inspector but at the same time very reassuring and also very polite , explaining every step that he had to inspect . Again thankyou both for your assistance. Money well spent !!!.
