Absolutely outstanding service from Jason at Jim’s Building Inspections. From the very first call, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. The inspection was done with amazing attention to detail, and the report was clear, easy to understand, and packed with useful photos and explanations. What really stood out was how he took the time to walk us through the findings and explain what actually mattered versus what was minor. It gave us so much confidence in our decision and saved us from a lot of stress (and potentially a lot of money!). If you’re buying a property and want someone honest, meticulous, and genuinely looking out for your best interests, I couldn’t recommend Jason more highly. Worth every cent.
