Manny from Iron Building Inspections did an excellent job on our pre‑purchase building and pest inspection. The report was clear, detailed and well‑structured, with major issues (like the ensuite waterproofing) explained in practical, non‑alarmist terms and all minor defects photographed and noted. Manny also did a follow‑up call to talk through the findings, which made the report much easier to understand and use for negotiations. Professional, unbiased and genuinely helpful and highly recommended.

Throughout the entire process Manny was an excellent communicator, very professional, and absolute pleasure to work with. For some additional context, the condition of the home I was having inspected was borderline demolition territory. Manny's report was thorough and detailed and highlighted areas of major importance with appropriate remediation steps. The whole process start to finish was as easy as it gets, especially considering I am based in Sydney and was working on tight deadlines. Manny is the one and only on my list of inspectors, and I'll be recommending everyone I know to use his services!
