Really impressed with Epic Inspections. Both the gas and electricity checks were completed in a timely manner and a phone call prior to arrival was a nice touch. A big thank you to Anthony for his exceptional service - he found a gas leak at our oven/stove top and fixed it for us. I think he did a better job installing the oven back in place than the original contractors as it's actually straight now! Really great service!

Great customer service over the phone, they even made a few jokes with me which made the experience fun and different. Trades service was also great, replacing my smoke alarm and offering to clean up afterwards.

I wasn’t home (as was agreed beforehand) at the time of the works as they were only doing work on the electricity switchboard external to the house, but all text communications were clear and times were accurate based on the text message I received to let me know someone was at the property. Thanks for the easy communication!
