Star Building Inspections

Michael was the best to work with. We got him to inspect our entire build from start to finish. He was easy to talk to, easy to contact and very professional. He explained everything in great detail and made sure he was thorough with his inspections. On top of that, he made sure to call the building supervisor and explain his reports and what needed to be fixed. His reports were easy to read and he always to called to run through it all and made sure he answered any of the questions we had. His pricing was very fair, worth every cent. I would highly recommend Star Building Inspections, we will 100% work with them again in the future.

Michael is an amazing and reliable building & pest inspector! I had to find an inspector urgently and last minute over one weekend and I saw their contact details online. I was amazed at how quick he got back at me despite not being able to initially answer my call. And during the actual inspection, he did a great job with the report, etc.! He also goes beyond by assisting me or giving me pieces of advice as to what to do with the repairs or a resolution that’s practical. He’s also polite and respectful and doesn’t only see his clients as another number for his business. Thank you Michael for accommodating me & my enquiries as well! Much appreciated & will definitely refer you to people I know who’ll ever need a building and pest inspector! =)— Sheri

I recently bought a house in Hoppers and used Star Building Inspection for the building and pest check. Michael was extremely professional and clearly passionate about his work. He took the time to walk me through everything, explained his findings in detail, and even gave practical advice on how to address the issues, including why each fix was important. I received a very detailed inspection report on the same day, and Michael personally called me to go through the results and make sure I understood everything. His knowledge, communication, and professionalism really stood out. I can't recommend him highly enough to anyone needing a building inspection!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Building a home can be incredibly stressful, and having someone you can truly rely on makes all the difference. Michael is not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also approachable and genuinely supportive. He explains things clearly, provides timely advice when you need it most, and always has your best interests at heart. Knowing he was in our corner gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process. Michael is a credit to his profession — his service is truly exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone building or renovating. He is reliable, trustworthy, and consistently goes above and beyond.

Michael was awesome to deal with. Professional, highly skilled, responsive and extremely efficient from initial contact through to the report submission and follow up call of his detailed findings. Highly recommend Michael if you are in need of a great building inspector.

Thank you Michael to inspect our building and let us know about all the minor and major defects. Michael is very cooperative and explain all the aspects of his description in the building report. I wish I would be able to give more than 5 star.
