Highly recommend Futureproof Building & Inspections! Have engaged them on multiple properties for building+pest reports and have been very impressed by their service. Very quick turnaround, proactive in liaising with other parties for building access, responsive, and provides a very thorough report. He also takes his time to run through all the findings and recommendations with you and answer any questions you may have. I will definitely be contacting him again as our house hunt continues!
