I’m a very happy customer! I bought an old house and had an excellent experience with Hamed and his team during the renovation. They removed a load-bearing wall, completely re-wired the electrical system, and upgraded all the plumbing. The basement was replaced, and they repaired all the structural damage caused by termites. They also installed new windows, doors, plasterboards and transformed my old house into a modern, beautiful home. Thank you, Hamed, for the fantastic job and your professional service!

Review for Building and Pest Inspector – Hamed We recently engaged Hamed for a pre-purchase building and pest inspection, and we couldn’t be more impressed with his service. From start to finish, Hamed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail. His inspection was comprehensive and clearly explained, covering every aspect of the property with precision. Hamed took the time to walk us through his findings, ensuring we understood both the minor and major points. What stood out most was Hamed’s honesty and expertise. He identified potential issues that could have easily been overlooked and provided practical advice on how to address them. His friendly and approachable manner made the entire process stress-free. We highly recommend Hamed to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable building and pest inspector. His professionalism and commitment to quality are second to none.

I want to give the biggest thank you to Hamed for the incredible job he did inspecting my property before it went on the market. He was absolutely number one — professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he made everything easy and gave me total confidence. His attention to detail and the way he explained everything was outstanding. I’m so, so happy with the service he provided. Hamed went above and beyond, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Highly recommended — thank you so much, Hamed!

Hamed was brilliant. Super thorough, and didn’t just list issues—he explained what each one meant, how urgent it was, and roughly what it would cost to fix. That level of detail gave me the confidence to walk away from a property that looked fine on the surface but had too many hidden risks. I really appreciated how he took the time to talk through everything properly. Highly recommend his service if you want someone who’s sharp, honest, and genuinely invested in helping you make the right call.
