He took the time to walk us through his findings, explaining everything in a clear and approachable way, which we really appreciated.   I was extremely impressed with Manoj’s detailed analysis of the property I was planning to buy. I engaged him just a couple of days before the auction, and his assessment was nothing short of exceptional. Manoj was incredibly thorough—he didn’t just inspect the obvious areas but went up into the roof space and under the house to check everything carefully. He pointed out every crack and defect, highlighted the legal implications of the extensions, and explained the building materials used. He also noted the recent improvements and made me aware that any renovations done within the past six years should come with a certificate of compliance. Overall, Manoj did a fantastic and meticulous job, and I was genuinely impressed. His expertise gave me real confidence in making my decision to buy the property. Of all the building inspectors I have used in the past, Manoj is by far the most honest and humble.   Manoj was absolutely fantastic. He didn’t rush through any of the rooms and really took his time to inspect high and low. I cannot recommend him enough for his patience and attention to detail. We walked through a house we thought was perfect to eventually find out so many minor damages that needs a special eye to identify. Thank you again for all that you do. Really hope more and more people do inspections before buying because it is worth every dollar.
