Beyond pleased with the service from Pierce and rapid. booking was totally hassle free quick 5 min phone call and it was confirmed with vendor/agent hours later. was happy for me to attend the inspection and showed clearly areas of concern that would be highlighted in the report (very visual learner so this was essential for me to understand the severity of issues). report was in my inbox less than 24 hours later. Saved me hundreds of thousands and years of my life from a potentially terrible purchase, will 100% be using again for all future inspections.

As a first-home buyer, I had lots of questions and Pierce was able to answer every question we had and explained everything in good detail. Would definitely recommend, we ended up saving thousands on our property price!
