  My wife and I are in the process of selling our home at Bardon. Our home has a pool so not only did we need to provide a Building and Pest report, our pool required certification. Sally and Tom were able to attend in a timely manner and they could do all three reports on the one visit. So convenient. There were a couple of pool compliance matters that had to be dealt with and Tom was able to swing by and pass it after these were done. It must be difficult to work in a space that is so overseen by legal requirements. The both do it politely and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them if you are going through the selling process and even if not, it is important to ensure your pool and access points are completely safe. Thank you Sally and Tom.

  Phew! Buying a house is stressful! I feel really thankful that I came across OneHome Inspections, Tom is the inspector super thorough and explained any issues to me and Sally handles the booking, she really helped me wrap my head around this whole process before I locked in my booking. They are an awesome duo, really friendly and personable, and the type of people who just feel genuine and trustworthy. I think their pricing may be a little higher than others you can find but honestly it was worth it to have that friendly professional touch. Thanks guys!

  We used OneHome Inspections recently on two occasions, once as a seller and then as a buyer. Tom was very thorough, responsive and produced very professional reports on both times. When issues need to be attended to Tom gave us advice on what to do and who to get. There is great backup support in the office also by Sally. We will certainly use them again when the need arises.
