Both Corrine and Nigel are excellent at explaining things in simple terms and the follow up piece is exceptional. In this instance on all 3 occasions the report was issued within 24 hours with a follow up call.

  Nigel and Corinne made the experience of buying my first home less stressful with the depth and breadth of knowledge they brought to the BP inspection. I was walked through all aspects onsite, provided a comprehensive report in 24 hours, and Nigel called to follow-up after receipt of the report, to go through anything I may have still been unsure of. I felt very comfortable and well equipped to make purchasing decisions based on their advice. I can't recommend them more for the rigour and time they put into my job. Thank you!
