BuildingPro

Andrew has completed two building and pest inspections in the past two years for me, and he has gone above and beyond each time. It was clear from the way he explained everything that he has a wealth of experience and technical knowledge, going beyond just the building and pest requirements to cover things like council rules and other important details. I highly recommend Andrew and will definitely be using him again in the future.

We recently engaged BuildingPro for a building and pest inspection as part of purchasing a new property, and working with Andrew was an absolute pleasure. From the outset, Andrew demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication. His attention to detail during the inspection was outstanding, and the comprehensive report he provided was both thorough and easy to understand. Andrew’s insights and clear explanations gave us the confidence we needed to make an informed decision about the property. The level of care he takes in his work is truly commendable and reflects his deep knowledge and experience in the field. We highly recommend Andrew and the team at BuildingPro to anyone needing a reliable and meticulous building and pest inspection service. Thank you again for your exceptional service!

My wife and I were very privileged to have BuildPro - Phil come out to our new built and conduct a very thorough inspection. Very professional, knowledgeable and has a sharp eye. Both Andrew and Phil have been amazing to assist us! Highly recommend!

There is no one else I would use in relation to building and pest inspections. Always comprehensive and very easy to understand. Andrew is always happy to take me through the property and explain all his findings. Always honest about whether something is an issue or nothing to worry about. I have and will continue to recommend him.

TLDR: Andrew is a true professional who works for you, the buyer. Andrew from BuildingPro was everything I could ask for in a building & pest inspector. He was incredibly thorough; so much that the real estate agent was visibly rattled (which, as a buyer, it was a great sign). He was recommended to me by my solicitor, who had actually come across him before while working for sellers and was impressed by how Andrew showed great attention to detail and was buyer-focused. He encouraged me to walk through the pre-purchase inspection with him and patiently explained everything in detail. He gave me honest, objective feedback without sugar-coating anything, helping me understand exactly what I was buying. I didn’t expect a perfect house (that’s rare in Brisbane these days), but thanks to Andrew, I had confidence knowing what I was getting into. Very important in the current market where so many properties have hidden issues. Highly recommend him to anyone serious about doing proper due diligence before buying.
