  Dominic is AMAZING. Not only was he available within 24 hours but he gave a fair and accurate report of everything we knew that was going on with the property. His obvious previous expertise within the building industry was a great asset toward an accurate review of our property to prospective buyers. I would highly recommend to anyone.

  As we were listing our home for sale we engaged Dominic Toole to undertake a building and pest report. His report was sent to us the same day with a few issues to be fixed which we did. We had a buyer keen to put in an offer and wanted to see the report. I contacted Dominic to see if he could check that we had fixed what we needed to and get an updated report so we could send it to the Agent. He went out of his way to visit the property on a Sunday as time was of the essence, to check what we had done so he could update the report. To me, this is above and beyond great service and I have no hesitation in recommending Dominic's services, as we will definitely use him again.
