The best thing about him is that he invited me to attend the inspection and took the time to explain his findings on-site — something I haven’t experienced with any other building inspector. This helped us understand how serious or minor the issues were, rather than just relying on the report. During the inspection, he was thorough and took his time to check everything carefully. The report itself included clear descriptions of each issue along with possible fixes. Even after we received the report, Rick was happy to chat about some of the issues and share his professional experience.
