  We used Trimax Building Inspections to complete a building and pest inspection for my parents purchase of a property in an over 50s village. They were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We had an extremely tight timeframe, and they went above and beyond to fit us in. On the day, Glenn took the time after his inspection to talk us through his findings and explain the technical details. He has an indepth knowledge of the type of property my parents were buying, and was able to share insights and detailed information about the construction of the property and his findings. He then followed up with a comprehensive written report which was excellent. I'd highly recommend Trimax Building Inspections! Such peace of mind when purchasing a property, thank you!

  Glenn was a life-saver, as if it weren't for him we would have taken on a property with a massive termite problem and would have been out of pocket over $150K or more. He walked me through the house, pointing out issues and took the time to go through potential scenarios of what could be expected. He was able to identify undisclosed termite damage in multiple locations around the property, and his report provided a thorough review of all sections of the house. One standout that, regardless of it being a 32 degree day, he was up in the roof for over 15 mins, and covered the entire length of the house (no sticking your head through the manhole and pointing a torch around like other inspectors). Would definitely recommend him if you want a serious and detailed inspection. Update: I ended up getting Glenn back to a new property and he again was very helpful and informative.
