We had a great experience with Chris from Inspector Pro for our building and pest inspection in Brisbane. Chris is an ex-builder and really knows his stuff. He was able to attend the property quickly (which is important in the Brisbane market) and had the full report prepared the very same night. The PDF report was incredibly detailed, with clear explanations and 360 degree photos covering both the interior and exterior of the property. It gave us complete confidence in what we were buying. He was also more than happy to take my calls, walk through anything I didn’t fully understand, and provide solid, practical advice. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone needing a building and pest inspection in the Brisbane area!

Chris from Inspector Pro has been our go to for years. As a buyer’s agent, we rely on building and pest reports that are thorough, clear, and delivered fast, and Chris consistently delivers. He’s incredibly detailed on site, explains issues in plain English, and highlights what’s urgent versus what’s just maintenance. His reports are easy for clients to understand, and he’s always happy to jump on a call to talk through findings and next steps. Reliable, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. Highly recommend Chris and the Inspector Pro team.

Chris was fantastic with his report and flexible with his time. His report was incredibly thorough and pragmatic and his pictures (especially drone images) helped us truly appreciate his perspective.
