Recently we have worked with them on installing reticulation as part of our pool renovation. We had numerous delays due to weather and Compass just kept working with us. Even though I wasn't able to use their service due to timing constraints I really appreciate the communication, feedback and guidance from the Compass team. Very thorough inspection and report, polite and professional service, highly recommend. Report was sent as soon as payment was completed, and we were permitted to contact the inspectors with any questions. Will return if we need services in future. Thank you.

Graham and Jordan were very kind to help me go through any questions that I had about the house I am just about to buy (and they had inspected.) I called them up from the report and they were so friendly and took their time to let me know of some of the terminology that I didn't understand - Customer service doesn't just stop with clients. - Great Attitude!
