  I contacted Wons of Agile Approvals after waiting 29 frustrating days for another certifier to acknowledge they'd received my emails. Their lack of action and significant time delay sparked me to contact Agile Approvals to enquire about their process for getting a patio certified. Something I was unable to obtain from the other certifier after 3 phone calls and 2 emails. Anyway, Wons, the actual certifier and owner of the business, answered my call. He told me what information he required from me and I emailed him straight away with the plans. Within 24 hours, Wons had set out the whole process step by step and explained everything that was needed to proceed. A significant difference to what I had experienced from another certifier. If you're looking for a hands-on certifier who is very responsive and knows how to communicate, make sure you contact Wons of Agile Approvals.
