Despite my tight timeframe and the work falling close to the Christmas and New Year holidays, they accepted my job, which I truly appreciated. Dan arrived on time for the inspection and carefully assessed all aspects of the property.   From the moment I first contacted this business, my calls were returned promptly and professionally. Dan attended the property, carried out a thorough inspection, and quickly identified multiple issues with the premises we were renting. He confirmed that it was not disability-compliant and did not meet even the minimum Australian building or accessibility standards for people with disability. Because of Dan’s detailed report, I was able to submit the evidence to the Tribunal and provide it to my landlord, who then took immediate action to implement the recommendations. I honestly can’t thank Sam enough — he was professional, meticulous, and incredibly approachable throughout the entire process. In a world where so many reviews can feel fake or exaggerated, I want to emphasise that this one is genuine.   Dan Drexler provided first class service and helped get me out of a sticky situation. He inspected my issues, provided excellent advice and prepared a top class and honest report, that was precise and exactly what i requested. Dan also always answers his phone and always gives you the time, unlike other inspectors who seem to be too busy to talk for more than 2 minutes. I contacted Dan on at least 6 occasions during my issue, and he always spent the time to provide professional advice. I can't thank Dan enough and would recommend him highly.

He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is safe and done right. I wouldn't bother using anyone else, as he makes the process as easy as possible.
