We had Laura Vella complete a pest and building inspection for our new purchase and to say she was thorough is an understatement. Laura’s report was so in detail & covered every single point of the house ensuring we knew exactly what we were signing up for. Not only was she quick and in-depth but she communicated with us over the phone on a number of occasions to ensure we understood & ensure that the contract was meeting any safety concerns that we had to finish the sale. I would use Laura again in a heart beat
