  It is very difficult to find an inspector who is truly client focused, knowledgeable, and approachable until I met Baris. He delivers quick, detailed reports, always returns calls promptly and patiently answers every question. I now recommend Baris to all of my clients for pest and building inspections. Every report he prepares is comprehensive, easy to understand, and clearly highlights any areas of concern along with practical recommendations. Baris goes above and beyond for his clients whether it is a last minute urgent pest and building report on a Friday night prior to the auction (being the next day) or even travelling on a weekend (4 hours from Sydney) to complete a very critical inspection which prevented our clients from paying significant amount of money on repairs. Baris is my go to person for anything inspection related, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

Baris was incredibly professional, thorough, and organised, he made the entire process simple and stress-free. Thanks to his sharp eye, he identified incorrect waterproofing details that the builder had to rectify, potentially saving us thousands in future repairs. Highly recommend his services to anyone building or buying!
