  It’s not often you hear a client say they actually ‘miss’ their builder now the project is complete – but that is the case for me with Jubilee Homes Builders, in particular Joe Snare. As a first-time developer I felt well-informed, confident and in the very best expert hands during the construction of my triplex during what must have been THE most challenging times in Perth’s building history, not to mention being located remotely for most of the process! Joe and his 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 negotiated the small hurdles along the way with calm expertise and have delivered an outstanding product that was quickly snapped up in the current rental market! 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is absolute key and Jubilee builders go above and beyond in this regard, even after completion, while little teething items pop up as with any new builds. Their openness to my ideas, expert use of my block (thanks Adrian), compliance with council rules, their designer finishes, and great team of tradies makes me keen to ‘do it all again’ when time and funds allow.

  A fantastic experience developing with Joe and the team at Jubilee. They really made the job easy (i'm dealing with it from the other side of the country). I'm really happy with the finished product that included two new dwellings and updates to an existing house. They have just had their first open for inspection for rental and we are already getting great rental offers.

  This was my first time building a house, during one of the biggest crises the building industry has faced, but Joe took the stress out of the whole process, delivering a great result when most other builders couldn’t even get a tradesmen on-site. I really appreciated Joe’s communication throughout the process, happy to take a call anytime of day. Joe has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry, offering up some great advice on building the perfect investment property.   Jubilee Home Builders have just completed a new home build for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. The director Joe, was my sole point of contact, he was responsive to all my queries and was highly organized. The project was a subdivide, build, and retain development. Jubilee handled everything from the council division approval, to setting the timers on the reticulation service. Even though we did have a few hurdles to overcome, they managed to finish the project a week ahead of schedule, at the fixed price.   Jubilee was recommended to me by my buyers agent. My experience with Joe(Managing director) and Jubilee was a very positive one. This was my first ever house to buy/build, so needless to say I was very nervous about it all. Jubilee were very professional throughout the whole process and they listened to what I wanted throughout the design phase, and were very accommodating during the build. Joe was my main point of contact and anytime I had a question or query, he would take my call or would get back to me quickly. Once the handover happened, the company has been quick to organise and rectify any of the little things that needed to be fixed. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Jubilee to other people, and I would gladly use the company again.
