  I couldn’t be happier with my experience building with Home Group WA. My land titled at the end of November 2024, the slab was poured in May 2025, and I received my keys in February 2026, and the entire journey from start to finish was seamless and so well managed. The communication throughout every stage was outstanding. My Client Liaison and Supervisor were incredible proactive, transparent, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. I always felt informed, supported, and valued. The quality of the finishes in my home is exceptional. Every detail has been completed to such a high standard, and you can truly see the care taken in the workmanship. What really stood out was how they handled challenges. When there were some chips in the garage concrete caused during paver delivery, the team didn’t hesitate they went above and beyond by organising for the entire garage floor to be painted and epoxy coated at no cost to me. That level of service and accountability speaks volumes. Building on my own could have felt overwhelming, but Home Group made the process smooth, professional and genuinely exciting. I’m beyond grateful and absolutely love my new home. Highly, highly recommend.

  We had the most incredible experience with HomeGroup. I cannot fault them at all, from the very beginning we met Adrian R at one of the display homes and he was incredible to deal with! So upfront with costs, design recommendations and really great to speak with and ask advice. We always felt comfortable asking questions and were very confident with how honest he was even from the very beginning. Our pre-start was so much fun and we ended up meeting Monique G who made our experience super enjoyable and easy. That was a very memorable day for us. Once again any time we wanted to change something or wanted some advice Monique was very knowledgable and always happy to help. Once we moved into construction we had Tia M as our client liaison and Frank as our builder, from start to finish anytime we had a question or sent an email it was met with honesty, kindness and quick replies, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such fast customer service, and we always received that from Tia. The timeframes were always met and like clock work we moved into our home on the 9 month mark. We also found that Frank took so much pride in his work and when visiting our build we ran into him a couple of times, he was always so friendly, welcoming and always taking extra time to take us around, show us little bits and pieces and explain to us what’s to come and what to expect at the next stage. We always really enjoyed our interactions with Frank and found that he was very thorough due to his vast knowledge. We have friends and family ask us, “oh you built, how did that go for you? You guys are brave”. And I literally look at them and say we had the most perfect experience from the very minute we walked into that display home to when we exited the HomeGroup building with keys in hand. My partner and I cannot fault them, we honestly did feel like a part of the HomeGroup family. Anyone we speak to that is considering building we always say HomeGroup!!! I want to make it clear we did shop around for some time before we committed to HG but we found that the pricing was amazing for the quality and design and the extras were great. We found some other deals just didn’t match up even without spending extra on the upgrades the standard specifications already had what we were after (kitchens are beautiful with lots of storage, upper cabinetry, laundry cabinetry and scullery standards are all immaculate). Since moving in we are now in maintenance phase and like any new build we have had a minor blockage with new pipes which is normal in a new development area but the minute we send a notice to maintenance we had a plumber in by the hour and our roller door hinge got stuck early on, the same thing we had a maintenance person from centurion in under 12 hours (happened late on a Friday and fixed by 1pm Saturday). This has probably been a novel to read but I know what it was like when we were at the beginning of building looking for the right people to build our home, we found that so I hope this review has helped someone out there in the same boat.

  Building a home isn’t easy, but our experience with HGWA felt organised and manageable throughout. John A (Sales) was upfront about timelines and pricing and always easy to reach, even once construction kicked off. Pre-start ran smoothly and any questions we had Phoebe C handled them quickly. There was a brief period of change in Client Liaison which could’ve been smoother, but once Jacinta N stepped in, everything settled down and communication felt clear and consistent again. Craig L, our site supervisor, made sure things are done properly. He communicated clearly about progress and any practical decisions that needed to be made. The entire build was completed in just 7 months, even with the Christmas break included, which we were really pleased with. We’re really happy with the finished home and would happily recommend HGWA for a well-run, good-value build.

  Great experience from concept through to completion. Exceptional service from Scott Ashton in Sales, came up with great ideas and always available to answer questions. Build was quicker than expected, completed to very high standard by our site supervisor Craig who had a great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
