Very happy with our experience with Vijay so far. This is our 4th home build within the last 2 years, and we decided to try out a building broker for a change. Vijay was new to the job when we first engaged with him, but his learning curve has been tremendous and an honest testament to his passion for the job. The support he has provided so far includes: - Travelling from Piara Waters up to Alkimos, to meet us face to face while reviewing designs and plans. This was important as Vijay was also learning at the same time and it allowed him to respond quickly and get information for us so that our experience was not affected. Felt like we were getting the same service from his more experienced colleagues. - Ensuring continuous communication and updates even when we later found out that he was down for personal medical reasons. We never felt abandoned, and he built our trust. - Being open and honest with receiving our feedback when Homebuilder IQ's Finance partner provided disappointing service and incorrect financial advice. This quick turnaround showed us that Homebuilder IQ actively avoids becoming complacent, and takes customer feedback seriously. - Always offering us the option to opt out at any time, and making us feel that we were not locked into anything against our will. Our decisions and priorities have been respected at all times. We are excited and looking forward to Vijay and Homebuilder IQ's support for the rest of our build.
