My wife and I have just finished a build with Fratelli and we couldn’t recommend the team more. Our build was a two storey 4 bed home, slab down 26th October 2024 and key handover 13th February 2026 on a tight challenging block. We could not ask for more, a warm welcome and onboarding handled by Justine and her team, followed by constant ongoing clear communication from the client co-ordinators in the office (thanks Jess) and then a site supervisor who saw the build right through from start to finish (not as common as you might think in Perth these days) who handled punch items and handover exceptionally. (thanks Brock). If you want high end finishes and that little extra, these guys should be your go to. Thanks again!

I recently built my home with Fratelli Homes WA and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire build took just 8 months, and the process was incredibly smooth and well managed. The customer service was exceptional throughout — professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. I was kept informed every step of the way with consistent fortnightly updates, which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind during the build. Everything felt organised, transparent, and thoughtfully handled, and the end result is a home I absolutely love. I would highly recommend Fratelli Homes WA to anyone looking for a builder who delivers quality, efficiency, and outstanding service. Thank you for making the journey such a positive one!
