Working with Ciaran was a pleasure, he is professional, thoughtful and an excellent communicator. We could not have had a better experience. He was up front regarding costs and details, and committed with us to an absolutely top level of quality in finishes. His subcontract trades shared the open and communicative approach, and were more than willing to take on advice from the client where we had a particular requirement or wish (there were a few!) We have now built 3 houses and a granny flat as a couple, and the experience with Ciaran and Add Value tops the lot. Everyone that saw the before and after of this house is amazed. Highly recommended.

Ciaran and the team at Add Value recently transformed our 2 x 1 in West Perth to a 3 x 2. We are very happy we went with Add Value and highly recommend them. Ciaran guided us through the design and council approval stage, and was present on site throughout the building stage. The team were well organised and efficient, enabling us to live at the property throughout the build. The final product is high quality and came in on time and on budget.

We work alongside Ciaran and the team at Add Value Building Group regularly, doing post-construction and handover cleans, and they’re genuinely one of the best builders we deal with. Their jobs are always well organised, communication is easy, the sites are well run, and the standard of work is consistently high. From a trade partner’s point of view, they’re an absolute pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a builder who runs a tight ship and actually cares about quality, these guys are the real deal.

Ciaran is such a lovely guy and a very good communicator, unlike anyone else we have met in the industry. We had a great experience working with him. If ever there was an issue or something missing, he was very patient, open, accepting and prompt to ensure things were as we wanted them. If needed, he would come and do it himself to ensure it was right, even 10 months after the build when something small popped up. We are absolutely in love with our extension/renovation and get incredible feedback from others. We're so grateful for Ciaran and would use him again in the future

Ciaran was absolutely terrific to work with. A builder with a can do approach and an unwavering work ethic to back it up. After being mucked around by others in the industry, we’ll always be grateful to Ciaran for the superb, on budget and on time renovation he did for us. Would recommend without hesitation.
