  My wife and I have previously built a home through Plunkett which was finished to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. When deciding to build again, for our forever home. We considered a few options of builders, but Plunkett suited our needs best. We spoke with Aldo Fazio a few times as we investigated different blocks and he was always happy to help, even after a few blocks fell through. He was such a great consultant, and we highly recommend him to anyone considering a new build.

  We recently built our narrow-lot home in Nedlands with Plunkett Homes, and overall we’ve had a very positive experience. One of the biggest strengths of Plunkett is their flexible designs and range of style choices — even with a tight block, they were able to create something that fit our needs without compromising on look or layout. The lifetime structural warranty also gave us extra confidence from the start. A big thank-you to Wanda (our sales representative) for helping us shape the initial design and answering every question with patience. Helen and Claire were also fantastic throughout the process, always responsive and willing to help us navigate the details. Our site manager, Alex, deserves special mention for addressing concerns quickly, and making sure the build stayed on track. Now that we’re in the completed home, we’re really happy with the final result. The workmanship and finishing turned out great, and the whole place feels exactly like what we imagined at the beginning. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our Plunkett Homes experience and grateful for the team who supported us from start to finish.

  This is our first time building a home, and Wanda has made the entire process so much easier for us. From the very beginning, she suggested better design options and provided thoughtful ideas we would have never considered. She also picked up details we missed and guided us toward more functional and improved layouts. Even when we changed our plans several times or asked for upgrades, Wanda was always patient, supportive, and quick to respond. Her professionalism and genuine care gave us complete confidence, and she is the reason we chose Plunkett Homes. We truly appreciate everything she has done for us and highly recommend her.

  This is our second home built with Wanda Chan, and we’re very happy with her service again. She was very helpful throughout the whole process, from the initial design to the after-sales support. Wanda attended the site meeting and prestart meeting with us, making sure everything was clear and well organised. The site supervisor was also very helpful and attentive in handling details and answering our questions, which made the whole experience smoother and more reassuring. Wanda is professional, patient, and easy to work with. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable sales consultant.
