  I have been lucky enough to have to the opportunity to use Contaflow services on many of my sites during the past years. I have found them to offer outstanding customer service from office staff, management all the way through to the traffic controllers. As with any business, there is a variety of different operators, although I have only experienced good friendly and helpful staff. Generally the service is a reflection of the good management and the top end operations in the business. The team leaders on sites are key to managing a safe operation and protecting the workers at sites. Although I have had no issues with any team leaders, and do find them helpful towards our working operations, including willing to assist with changes and liaising with our team leaders, there was one that stood out. Although Miss J Fletcher comes over hard and tough, she takes her job to another level to ensure everyone from Contraflow tc's, the customer, the residents and road uses are all in order as per the legalities of traffic management to ensure the site is balanced. I personally like to have her on my sites. Keep up the great work Contraflow!

  My experience with going through many Contraflow worksites is that the staff are always efficient and professional. They are dressed appropriately in the required gear and are very pleasant with people even those who are difficult! Well done.

  I’ve been through a few Contraflow work sites in my travels and each one looks professionally setup there workers look professional in there uniforms and PPE (personal protective equipment). There willing to give you a wave a head nod or a smile. Easy to ask questions or directions if your stoped at a stop/slow or even a road closed. Keep up the good work guys and girls look forward to driving through another one of your sites in the future!!
