  We couldn’t be happier with our experience building with Coastline Homes in Geographe (Settlers Beach Estate). From the very beginning, we dealt directly with Kevin, the builder himself, throughout the design, costing and selections process. He was never pushy or “salesy”, which made us feel comfortable straight away — and having direct access to his knowledge and straightforward advice was such a huge advantage. Our block has a tricky shape with odd angles, but Kevin took all our ideas and priorities and designed the perfect home for us. Once construction began, we mainly worked with our site supervisor Caillin, who was also fantastic — always easy to contact and happy to meet us on site at short notice whenever needed. We also have to mention Helen, who managed all the admin and invoicing side of things. She was so organised, prompt in communication, and always happy to answer any question — no matter how small or silly it may have seemed! Her professionalism and friendliness made the whole process even smoother. The build was completed ahead of schedule, even quicker than estimated, and much faster than what we’d heard from other builders. This meant we were able to break our lease early and save months of rent. Handover was seamless, with both Kevin and Caillin present to go through everything in detail. Their attention to detail and pride in their work truly show in the finished product — our new home is everything we hoped for and more. It honestly feels surreal to finally be living in our dream home. We can’t thank Kevin, Caillin, Helen and the Coastline Homes team enough for such a smooth, stress-free and high-quality build. Highly recommend!

  We had a great experience building our home with Coastline and would happily recommend them to anyone considering a custom design build. One of the standout aspects was affordability. Coastline made a fully custom-designed home achievable without compromising on quality, which is something we found difficult with other builders. Their pricing was transparent and fair, giving us confidence throughout the process. Scheduling was well managed, with clear timelines and steady progress. Any changes or updates were communicated early, which helped set realistic expectations and reduced stress. The build quality has been excellent. The workmanship and attention to detail are evident throughout the home, and we’re very happy with the finished result. Finally, communication was strong overall. The team was approachable, responsive, and willing to explain things clearly, which made the entire process feel collaborative rather than overwhelming. Overall, Coastline delivered a high-quality custom home at a fair price, with good communication and reliable scheduling. We’re very happy with our decision to build with them.

Kevin and Caillin were fantastic to work with, their communication was always clear, timely, and professional.   Coastline Homes have excelled in delivering us our "Dream Home" in Geographe. Through all the stages of dealing with Coastline we have been most impressed with their attitude, helpfulness, attention to detail and honesty. From the initial discussions on what we considered to be our main "must haves" through the iterative design process, Kevin provided great guidance to contain cost and maximise our design ideas. On to the finalisation of design, organising all the red tape (permits etc), and sourcing preferred and excellent tradespeople, everything went smoothly. This was all during the post Covid building boom here in the SouthWest. Sourcing quality tradespeople was reflected in the excellent finishes to all areas of our home. We had regular site visits and walkthroughs with Kevin and his team. These were very valuable to us as first timers. Kevin would keep us up to date with progress and reassurances as to matters we had questions about before things were finished. We were always eager to see progress and move in....but, as we found out, various stages do require minimal waiting periods before the next stage can commence. Our home was built on time, on budget and is truly wonderful. We couldn't be happier with the end result. I'm something of a sceptic regarding Internet reviews, in this regard, if you are serious about finding out more of our experience with Coastline then please ask Kevin for our contact details and we will gladly have a chat.   We built during the difficult times around COVID but the Coastline team did a great job of working around delays and pushing things ahead quickly when the opportunities arose so our place was finished in very good time. Their pricing was great in comparison with some of the larger builders especially for things that would normally be expensive variations. We had our own custom design so their flexibility with changes along the way and the ability to be involved and work with them during the build to get everything done was great. Ended up with a house that we are still loving.
