  In 2011 we signed a contract to build our home in Harvey with Dagostino Developments, Both Tony and Carol where very helpful in assisting with the design and selection of all the building products, their years of experience made the whole process very exciting and pleasant, we found that all the trades where very good and we where given access to the site throughout the build. Tony and Carol kept us informed of the progress and where always on hand if we had questions or needed information, their project manager was also available and if needed would meet at the build site to discuss progress and any changes that we considered. overall we have found building our home as a great experience and are now enjoying living in it, I believe that Dagostino Developments not only can build your home but build a working relationship with the client which makes the whole process stress free. I would strongly recommend to anyone considering building to contact Tony And Carol and experience for themselves the enjoyment of building your own home.

  We have just completed stage 1 of our building process which is a granny flat on a one acre block with stage 2 the main residence to commence work shortly. From day one Tony, Carol and Jon at Dagostino Developments till completion has been nothing short of a professional, quality and timely experience. Tony and Carols years of experience in the building industry is a testament to them. Their knowledge was very welcome in the initial stages of getting our project up and running with the many phone calls made on our behalf to building surveyors. We are so excited for stage 2 to begin knowing the process will be finished with quality workmanship and every attention to detail as that has been the experience thus far. If you're even considering building take it from us and go have a chat to the team at Dagostino Developments, our only regret is we didn't do it sooner.

We were impressed with the quality finish and attention to detail and benefited immensely from the expertise and professionalism of all three. This was particularly appreciated as we were living in Perth during the entire construction phase.They guided us gently through our first experience of home building and we cannot speak more highly of what that meant for our peace of mind and joy in our finished home.   Tony and Carol Dagostino were professional from the first meeting to the completion of the buildings. They were very approachable; helpful with queries; I was always informed of the progress of the buildings. Any follow up work needed after completion was dealt with quickly. I would go straight to them if I was involved in another building project.
