  Building with SW1 Homes was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The team impressed us with their efficiency, taking the build from slab down to key handover in a quick timeframe while still delivering high-quality workmanship. Their communication was professional, honest, and reassuring, which made the whole journey feel smooth and well-managed. Like any build, we encountered a few hurdles, but SW1 Homes handled each one promptly and efficiently, keeping us informed and offering good solutions. The finished house is beautiful and we can’t wait to move in! Highly recommended!

  I’ve built twice now both with Steve at SW1 and each time it’s been awesome so wanted to throw a shoutout. First time was back in 2020 when everyone was saying it would take forever but he was always upfront with timeframes and communicated all the time, just want you want as a 1st home buyer as it really made me comfortable with the process. The house was built way quicker than most builders in the street anyway! The experience was so good and lucky I got in early because with the equity I made I was able to build with Steve again and it was another great experience. Seriously if you want to have a genuine and super helpful rep looking after you, you can’t get any better than him I reckon. Cheers for everything mate! 😀

Steve took the time to truly understand our goals, offering honest and insightful advice that helped shape our vision for the home. Throughout the build, Victor, our site/build supervisor, stood out for his professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. It was clear he took great pride in his work, ensuring everything was done to a high standard. We were also impressed with the communication from start to finish — Steve, Victor, and Georgia in the office were always efficient, responsive, and proactive in keeping us updated at every stage. Overall, the process was smooth, stress-free, and delivered with a level of care and quality that’s hard to find.   We had a great experience with SW1 during the construction phase, the whole process was very straight forward from the moment slab went down. We had updates from the construction supervisor every two weeks and it was always very easy to deal with the the Client Liaison team. We were promised our house would be ready in record time and SW1 has delivered on their promise.

  Our building experience with SW1 homes was outstanding. We encountered some hurdles along the way as per most builds but in our opinion we found SW1 to be very professional. I was even given the option to text or call the GM Trevor Rigby at any stage if I had any dramas. Steve from Sales was incredible and honest with getting us to sign on. Victor our site supervisor went above and beyond for us with the build and we are forever appreciative and can’t recommend him enough. Georgia took over as our Client Liaison for the last 4 months of the build and was excellent with her communication and always got back to me asap. The actual build time was less than 6 months which was incredible given the time frames around the industry at the moment. We couldn’t recommend SW1 enough 🙌🏼
