  I built my sidebyside project with Westurban during the covid period. The delays, labour shortages, and lockdowns made the whole process extremely challenging. Looking back almost two years after completion, I can finally say that Westurban is one of the very good companies in this industry. As a real estate agent who sells many new homes every year, I don’t see many builders who can do what Westurban does. Their overall management, capability, and post construction service are definitely above industry standards, and they keep improving. A big thank you to Shelly, Chara, and the whole team for all the effort and dedication they put into my project.

  We’ve just completed our second townhouse development with Westurban, and once again, they delivered an outstanding result. The project manager Jim worked with us very closely from the beginning till completion. His support and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout the project. And even after the handover, Jim was still happy to help with any enquiries. Really appreciated his ongoing support. Also want to give a big thanks to Pandi, the site manager—he was great to work with on site. He looked after all the details and handled any problems quickly and the way we expected. Super reliable and easy to deal with. Really happy with the build and would definitely work with Westurban again!

  We have a pleasant building experience with Westurban on our knockdown and build project. Being with a smaller and square block, Westurban manage to customize the house design to suit our requirement and expectation. From the initial consultation. to detail design, council approval, pre-work, demolition, build and the final handover, the process is relatively hassle free and the team was professional, attentive to detail, and always kept us informed of the progress. A special shout out to Project Manager Chara and site manager Pandi who had been very proactive and professional in their work. They provide timely solutions and recommendations to problems arose during the process. The project finished on time and within budget, with minimal variation sought during the build. After the handover the crew was working hard to close off all defect ASAP which was much appreciated. We are very happy with the final outcome and many of our friends share the similar thought after they see the product. We recommend Westurban for your next build project.
