  We recently took delivery of our Clair 8.5 from Havenn. We give Havenn a five star rating for the following reasons: The client deals directly with the two founders and directors of the company at all times and make you feel that as a client your satisfaction matters! The quality of the materials used in the build is first class The Havenn team are flexible and very accommodating if you want a special build (we converted to a fully off-grid fit out after the build had commenced!) The build team do not take short cuts in their work and consequently the quality is consistent throughout. Havenn is price competitive in the market The Directors go the extra mile [Km!] in client assistance (both drove more than 400 kilometers to supervise our delivery and see that everything went as promised. The build quality is awesome — solid, well-insulated, and thoughtfully designed. Even on chilly nights, it holds warmth really well without needing much heating. Pravin was fantastic throughout the whole process. Super patient, no sales pressure, just honest advice and a real focus on getting the details right for us. If you’re after a tiny home that actually delivers on freedom, comfort, and quality — this is the one.

My elderly parents needed more time to understand it and Pravin explained all fine details and show us around the factory’s floor. Truly impressive how such a beautiful house can be assembled in Melbourne so fast. Also spoken with Grant Hansen who is Sydney based lawyer and explained us all details from legal point of view. Trustworthy company! Worth recommending.

  I found Havenn Tiny Houses on facebook and I was amazed at the quality of their homes. I spoke to Pravin and he was super friendly to show me the homes on display. I chose the home with the loft and during the build Pravin kept me updated during the whole process. I now stay in the tiny home on my hobbie farm every weekend and absolutely love it. I wouldn't shop anywhere house and can highly recommend Havenn for all your Tiny home dreams.
