I recently had the pleasure of selling one of Thirteen Building Group’s residences. Every detail had been carefully considered, showcasing not only quality craftsmanship but also a deep understanding of practical, beautiful design. The finishes and materials were top-tier, and the attention to detail in each room reflected a true pride in his work. It’s rare to see a home where every aspect—from the layout to the smallest finish—is executed to such a high standard. I feel incredibly fortunate to have helped Simon on the sale of his townhouse, I’m confident it will stand the test of time. Highly recommend this builder to anyone looking for a quality, well-designed home.

We built with Thirteen Building Group in 2020 but had met them the year earlier. From the very first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Not only are Simon and Amanda fantastic people but they are also great builders! They are very understanding, easy to work with and best of all, they put their clients first. Amanda was very patient with us when offering her professional design advice from exterior colour schemes to coordinating matching interior materials. The build quality from Simon and his team could not have been better. Best part of all, after each day of work Simon would personally ensure the worksite was clean and tidy, even the neighbours could not stop giving us positive feedback about Simon. Both Simon and Amanda were very easily reachable throughout and after the project was complete. Our house was completed on schedule and to an excellent quality. They treated the build of our house as if it was their own and have always gone above and beyond for us. We were very lucky to have come across Thirteen Building Group. We did not expect to be unscathed after our first house build before meeting Simon and Amanda and if we ever do get a chance to build again, we would definitely be returning to Thirteen Building Group!

We engaged Thirteen Building Group to build our custom home and we could not have been happier with the decision. From our first meeting with Simon and Amanda we felt confident that we had made the right choice. Simon was incredibly professional, well organised, and meticulous in the way he worked. He communicated well, was responsive, and included us in all aspects of the process. Simon always went the extra mile whether it be mocking up a light fitting or tap installation, or accommodating changes we made along the way. Amanda was also available to answer any queries we had regarding design choices and products, arrange samples and provide advice. Together they make a great team. From the beginning of the build to the end of the project we found the experience to be an enjoyable one. Our 'forever home' was delivered on time and on budget and to a very high standard. We highly recommend using Thirteen Building Group for your upcoming project.
