A great level of trust was afforded to Joe and the team to run the project on our behalf and we could not be happier with the result. We have lived in the home for 4 years post project and the thoughtfulness of decisions made and the quality of the workmanship are evident in our daily lived experience.   We engaged Joe Savoria and The Sincero Group for a highly complex renovation of our three-storey Federation home in Melbourne’s inner north. From the outset, this was not a straightforward build, and it was undertaken during a period marked by COVID disruptions, supply chain issues, and labour constraints. What stood out immediately—and consistently—was the trust and professionalism which Joe brought. The project was delivered under a cost-plus contract, with an exceptional level of transparency. All quotes, variations, invoices, and supporting data were shared in real time via common digital channels. Multiple quotes were provided to ensure we collaboratively selected where subcontractors presented the best mix of value and quality. Joe runs a tight ship. His attention to detail borders on perfection, and the quality of workmanship across structure, finishes, and problem-solving was first-class. When issues inevitably arose—as they do in complex renovations—they were addressed promptly and pragmatically, often before they became problems. Solutions were discussed openly, costs were clear, and progress never stalled due to indecision or avoidance. Joe’s trades are accustomed to his high standards and the finish we achieved across the home is absolutely first class. Joe worked collaboratively with our architect and interior decoratpr. He is calm, respectful, and deeply professional, even under pressure. During a strained period for the construction industry, his ability to keep momentum while maintaining quality was invaluable. Joe was able to also support landscaping work, completing the hard landscaping and supporting the subcontractors to complete planting and install watering and light systems. We have now lived in the house for 3 years, and the finishes remain in top condition. Of the few inevitable snags, Joe was swift to co-ordinate trades for the couple of repairs required. Since completion of house in 2022, we have added a standalone carport to complete the home. As further testament to Joe’s work, we never considered a different builder and once again, are delighted with the quality of the work and the minimal impact to the garden which Joe was able to achieve via his careful use of heavy equipment. We are delighted to have had the chance to work with Joe and unreservedly recommend he and The Sincero Group, especially in complex restoration projects where quality is essential.
