We've used Hugh and his team for a couple of major jobs now, a full bathroom reno and two deck rebuilds - on both occasions the work has been top drawer quality, on budget and on time. Great blokes, professional and polite - highly recommended.

We contracted Hugh to renovate an ensuite for us and we’re beyond happy with the outcome and the experience. Hugh’s very responsive and his communication is great. Hugh and his team of trades were a delight to have on site every day. The final job cost did not vary from the original quote and was completed a little ahead of time to have us in by Christmas. We were given guidance and were kept informed every step of the way with regular email updates, photos and phone calls. I can not speak more highly of this team and would recommend their work in a heartbeat. Our extension was completed with thoughtfulness and sensitivity to the original historic building and we are thrilled with the result.

We could not be happier with Hugh and his team at The Jones Carpentry Co. We now have a stunning bathroom with bespoke vanity and shelving. We came up with rough ideas of what we wanted and Hugh was able to put it all together brilliantly. Hugh is meticulous in all his work and his attention to detail in a difficult tiling job was very much appreciated. We made some changes and added extra work on the fly but nothing was too hard or out of the question for Hugh. Hugh provides all the services necessary for a renovation - carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical, floor sanding and finishing. Every member of his team was friendly, polite, very competent and extremely clean. The quality of the the work done for me by Hugh and his team was absolutely first class, they are perfectionists. The fences and gates were exactly what I wanted because communication throughout the whole process was easy and Hugh worked hard to make sure I got the product I asked for. Hugh’s responses via email, text and phone were always prompt and he kept me up to date with the progress making this a stress free experience for me. In addition my property was always left neat and tidy at the end of each day. I give the The Jones Carpentry my highest recommendation.
