  We honestly couldn’t be more grateful to Jackson Dwelling for building our dream home. Our build started in a really tough place where our original builder went into liquidation early on, and we were left feeling anxious and unsure about how to move forward. Then Jackson Dwelling stepped in. From the first conversation, they reassured us they’d take care of everything and promised to restore our confidence in the process. And they really meant it. What followed blew us away. They finished our custom 540m² two-storey home with some pretty unique and high-end finishes in under 9 months, without a single delay. That timeline alone is unheard of, but what really stood out was how genuinely invested the whole team was. Cam, Matt, and Mark went above and beyond for us. They noticed issues left behind by the previous builder, made design suggestions we never would’ve thought of (and now love), and treated the whole project like it was their own home. Every question we had was answered quickly and thoughtfully. Every tradie on-site was respectful and clearly cared about their work. You could feel the pride in what they were building. Even our private building inspector called us just to say it was some of the best work he’s seen in 20 years and he was excited to tell us that! When friends visit, they’re amazed at the quality and detail, and after hearing about our experience, more than one has said they wish they’d built with Jackson Dwelling too. We’ve built before, and this could’ve been a really stressful experience but instead, it became something we genuinely enjoyed. Coming back from a recent holiday, we both said the same thing: our home is nicer than anywhere we stayed. We just love being here. Thank you, Jackson Dwelling. You didn’t just build us a house — you gave us a home we never want to leave.

  Extremely professional and I have lots of confidence in Emma, Cameron and the team to deliver an exceptional home, while we ended up buying an established home rather than vacant land, if we ever decide to build in future Jackson Dwellings will be our top choice. The consultation appointment gave us clarity and confidence on what we could afford in our budget and also in assessing vacant land for it's suitability to build our dream home. Love that Jackson Dwellings could provide us with a range of hardware and finishes inside and out and you get the VIP experience from day 1. Even when we decided to purchase an established home, Jackson Dwellings remained professional and supportive of our decision so I would recommend them to friends or family considering a new build!

  Jackson Dwellings built our home around 2 years ago (so this review has been a long time coming!), and we couldn’t be happier. All the way from the design process, to selections, through to the build itself the team at JD were friendly, professional, and great communicators. The were always open to ideas and happy to accommodate us wanting to use a vintage kitchen island in the build. Two years after handover it is clear our home was built by highly skilled people who care, and we would happily recommend JD to anyone wanting a high quality home.

  We had a wonderful experience building our home with Jackson Dwellings. The whole team were wonderful to work with. Their communication is excellent and they were open to our ideas and provided feedback during our independent design process. They helped us achieve our goal of a highly energy efficient home that we love. We would definitely recommend them.

  Any day is a good day when you get to walk into your new family home and collect the keys 🏡 Aren't we glad we reached out, all those months ago with the question on whether or not we could afford a custom builder! You gave us information we were longing to hear and are so incredibly grateful we went ahead with it. We absolutely love our house - there's not a thing we would change. Cam's craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none, every one of his trades spoke highly of the JD brand, one thing they all said in common was, it's the small things he does, unless you're in the building trade you would have no idea he has done it, he treats the build as it's his own house, they couldn't be more correct. We are so very grateful for the JD team 🥰 it goes without saying, our house wouldn't have been the same without her wisdom and advice of the team! What a great team you have guys ... and if in 15 years our son wanted to become a builder we would be so proud if he said it would be under the guidance of JD! Thanks again!

We had about a two year journey with JD from the design process through to the completion of our beautiful build. We could not be happier with their service and their team and would highly recommend them when building your dream home.
