Tim and the team have done an incredible renovation on our beach property. We were able to transform our house but maintain the vibe and the feel of it so as not to lose the character of the house which we love so much. Tim is exceptionally easy to work with and gave great suggestions on improvement opportunities. All the people that worked on the house, electricians, plumbers, tiler, carpenters, plasterers etc. were very professional and great at their trade. The great thing about Tim and his team is that you quickly develop a relationship based on mutual trust. There are no hidden costs and everything that is suggested and done, is done with complete transparency. Tim wants his clients to be totally satisfied with the final results and the whole time works towards this. We couldn't be happier.

Temsea helped out with a project in Rosebud. Being based in Brisbane, we relied heavily on external contractors. Amongst all of them, Tim from Temsea was the easiest to work with. We didn't have to chase him up or follow up on anything, he was on top of it all. In this day and age, it was refreshing to work with someone who can get the job done! Huge thanks to Temsea.

We engaged Tim and his team for our renovation and weren’t disappointed. For much of the time we were away in our caravan and Tim kept us fully across all progress. In fact it was only because of our confidence in Tim that we went away. We have completed numerous renovations over the years and the standard of Temsea’s work and their suppliers is very high. Tim’s communication is outstanding. He is always responsive and that includes follow up at the completion of the project. If you are looking for a builder offering a personalised and responsive service who will do what they say they will do and bring the project in on time and within budget then look no further. We will certainly engage them again. Thanks so much for a great job.
