Surf Coast Underpinning

This team underpinned our old double brick home. They worked solidly for days - always on time, polite and super professional. The guys were amazing hard workers and managed to get our very wonky house back to only a fraction off true level which was a massive undertaking. We were super grateful for their efforts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Craig conducted himself fantastically whilst organising the restumping of my home (timber to concrete with releveling). With a 70mm difference in the floor upon purchase of my home, Craig and his team came recommended by my building inspector. Jimmy and the team that carried out the works did a fantastic job, and maintained as much as they could within the house. They took whatever precautions necessary, and educated me along the way. The house is wonderfully level now, with minimal revisions on the walls to be completed post. Highly recommend Surf Coast underpinning for any and all releveling/restumping works!!

Craig was very efficient arranging the works and Jimmy, Estoni and Dylan did an amazing job given a low crawl space and clay soil to deal with. The job was completed on time and the cost was very competitive. A great job by the team. Highly recommend.
