We have only glowing things to say about our experience with Belcoast Homes. From start to finish we felt listened to, valued and supported through our first time building. Every person that works for Belcoast is kind, understanding and extremely responsive with any queries that we had throughout the process. We have been living in our home for a few months now and not only do we think our home is divine, every person who walks through our house is amazed at the quality of the building and finishes. We think we scored the jackpot with an incredible design, build and most importantly a family home to grow in to. We have recommended all of our family and friends to use Belcoast and now we are recommending them to everyone on google!

Hi my names Greg, I was fortunate enough to be in a position to have a couple of units built. And had heard good reviews about Belcoast Homes. I sent Michael my plans, and was surprised at how quickly he had responded with a competitive quote. Once accepting to go ahead with Belcoast, meeting my supervisor, going through the color and material consultant, I was sure id made a good choice. Belcoast Homes built my home on the Bellarine Peninsula in 2021. Any questions I had regarding the build, were always addressed immediately, usually by Michael Spiteri, the Company Director. I was very happy with the quality of the build. All of the team at Belcoast Homes were professional, responsive and provided patient, informative direction to me, a first time home builder. After living in my new house for six months, any reported minor repairs were promptly fixed to a high standard. I would highly recommend Belcoast Homes for a good quality home build.

In a time of builders going broke and cost of materials and labour. Our experience with Belcoast homes was nothing short of brilliant. From planning stage to handover. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was always active with the end result exactly what I wanted. Two units built within 12 months is very rare these days. If you're looking for a good and trustworthy builder in the greater Geelong area, Belcoast Homes would be highly recommended. My experience with Michael, Judd, Ash and the Team over the planning, design and build process of a new townhouse in Norlane was exceptional. Being an interstate property investor, for me it was crucial to have a trustworthy Team on the ground, which communicates effectively and is well connected to local service providers and other trades. Also to manage all day-to-day building aspects with the Rental Agent and tenants in adjacent dwelling, which allowed me to keep the rental income while the new build was progressing. Along with effective and honest communication , Belcoast Team has successfully dealt with all usual compliance obstacles along the way and advised on best pragmatic ways around based on their vast experience, which has saved me lots of money and time. Completion of build and handover was ahead of schedule and another testament of a good job done was a comment from an independent Building Inspector that "you don't see often such a good build quality these days..." Following the completion of my build some of my investment partners have already engaged Belcoast team for coming projects in Geelong area and I'd certainly re-engage them for any future of mine. Belcoast Homes is a fantastic builder I picked for a 3x townhouse development in Hamlyn Heights, Geelong. Their team had clear and honest quotes and were really good at communication to me as a client. the build went to plan and was really happy with their attention to detail. The supervisor constantly kept me upto date and made sure everything went to plan! I've hired them again for future developments. Highly recommend Belcoast Homes :D
