I’ve now built four homes with G.J. Gardner Geelong at the Panorama Portarlington land development and have had an exceptional experience every single time. The entire process—from initial planning through to handover—was smooth, stress-free, and supported by excellent communication. A special mention goes to Renee McKeon, who made the selections process incredibly easy. Choosing fixtures, fittings, and finishes can feel overwhelming, but Renee’s guidance, organisation, and attention to detail turned it into an enjoyable part of the build. She also managed all contract administration efficiently and professionally. We were equally impressed with Peter Baxter, our Construction Supervisor for all four homes. Peter’s experience and practical knowledge gave us complete confidence throughout each build. He is approachable, proactive, and consistently delivers on time and on budget. We highly recommend G.J. Gardner Geelong to anyone seeking a reliable, professional builder. After four great builds, we wouldn’t hesitate to build with them again.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of building a home through GJ Garner. In the initial stages, Marcus was extremely helpful in providing a range of house plans that suited our particular requirements (house with rear lane access) and he then worked with us to arrive at an individualised plan that suited our requirements perfectly. The pricing arrived at was very competitive. We then worked closely with Carly in the contract documentation phase and continue to be impressed by her attention to detail and ability to remain across the details of our build at all times. Renee provided an invaluable interior design service, assisting us in our colour scheme choices, and internal fit out and finishes. Construction under Leigh and Jared went smoothly, and the house was completed to a high standard within the timelines established in the building contract. There were no additional costs added during construction. Communication with us throughout the whole process was excellent. Overall we were extremely impressed by GJ Gardner and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking to build a new home in Geelong.

We moved into our new GJ Gardner Geelong home in October 2023. The construction process was amazing but in addition to that, the post construction service has been 10/10! The team are always so timely with their communication and quick to rectify anything that arises. Last week, after an issue with our dishwasher, Jared and Chris arrived at our doorstep to rectify the problem when we were having issues with the supplier!
