Our experience in dealing with both Marcus and Neil, from concept stage through to completion, was brilliant. I am uncompromising in my expectation of those who undertake work in my employ and I would recommend Dean Homes on the basis that they are a professional building company, providing honest service and producing high quality outcomes for their clients.   Legitimate A+ on fronts. Dean Homes were incredibly supportive throughout our build and made the process easy. Trust is a huge thing for us and we instantly knew we'd chosen the right builder. Service and communication was amazing, quality of the build is exemplary, site was always clean and even the neighbours commented on how respectful the trades were. We lucked out finding Dean Homes and wholeheartedly recommend them.

  We built with Dean Homes & moved in a month ago. We could not be happier! The house is everything we dreamed of! The whole process was smooth & they were so easy to deal with. They really went above & beyond when our rental was sold to make sure we could move in by our deadline. They were so easy to contact & answered all my many questions along the way. We will use them again without a doubt & have recommended them to family & friends who are thinking of building.
