Shiran and his crew provided us with a beautiful remodelling of our house in Carlton. Apart from the excellent workmanship and prompt work schedule, SC Jowzy dealt with the local council's complex requirements and provided us with ongoing feedback as to the project's progress. All in all we couldn't be happier with the end result and would highly recommend them.

Shiran and team renovated our 3 bedroom house in Melbourne to the highest of standards. He was honest, transparent, timely and professional. Not only did he offer guidance and support but also educated us about the build along the way and kept an open line of communication. It was a very difficult house to start with and through his excellence it became a functional and exceptional place. We are return clients and will continue to be. I highly recommend Shiran and the team for any building works.

We used SC Jowzy builders for an extension renovation and we are so happy with the job they did. We were very impressed by their professionalism and expertise. All the tradesmen were a pleasure to deal with and kept the building site exceptionally clean. We found them to be both honesty and reliable unlike some other trades we have used in the past. We would have no hesitation in recommending this team to anyone.

Shiran provided us with comprehensive building advice based on the site we had. As a knockdown/rebuild home and were unsure on what some of the variable costs could be. One of the most sigficant factors was the foundations/slab. As the original soil report provided for an initial result of a simple Slab construction, the second test determined a series of screwpiles - 55 in total between 2.2 & 2.8m length. Shiran's advice on cost and execution was invaluable and would definitely consider building a lasting home with him whilst helping us save 50% of the additional cost which we had been quoted elsewhere "as a variation". Great to find a fantastic quality builder who is also transparent and upfront with potential costs. Many thanks SC Jowzy your'e the best!.
