  When Sam asked me to leave a review I was very happy too. S Line helped bring my full unit renovation to life, working closely with an architect to open up the space. The communication was great, and the carpentry work was neat and precise. The team was really respectful of the surrounding units and houses and were mindful of the noise restrictions, yet managed to finish everything on time which made the experience smooth and stress free. My partner and I are very happy with the whole process and the final result!

  We used S Line Constructions to design and build our modern three-bedroom home with high ceilings and polished concrete. I wanted to use a company that would not only project manage the whole build, but also be very hands on in terms of the actual build. The entire process was managed on time, within budget and more importantly the house was built exactly as I had envisaged it. The entire build was project managed by the builder who kept us fully informed about timelines and costings throughout, which gave us complete confidence from day one. The quality of workmanship is exceptional. It was obvious that the builder was fussy and took pride in delivering a first-class build. Nothing was overlooked, and the standard of craftsmanship is evident in every corner of our home. On a personal level the builder was fantastic to deal with – extremely approachable, knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend S Line Constructions.

  Would highly recommend S Line Construction. We used them to build an extension on our 2 bedroom home which included an extra bedroom, decking area and an extension of the kitchen. They were able to get everything done ahead of schedule and we were able to spend Christmas on the new decking which we didn’t think would happen, very happy 😊
